::The Korean beef lunch set was great because I could eat Korean beef, raw meat, soybean paste stew, and side dishes. The portion seemed a little lacking, so I bought some pork belly meat from the butcher shop next to the building and grilled it. The meat from the butcher shop was much better, softer and more flavorful.

::The price of Korean beef is high. One sirloin or assorted dish costs around 20,000 won per 100 grams. Aside from the meat, grilling it over a gas fire is not as good as grilling it over a charcoal fire. For this money, I thought it would be better to eat imported meat cooked by someone else at a typical meat restaurant.

::I didn't know if it was good value for money, so I searched the area and visited. The meat is delicious~ It's not okay if it's not delicious haha. A bit distracting because there are so many customers? It was a good atmosphere, but I was satisfied~

::After stopping by Sudeoksa Temple in the afternoon, I came to Hongseong Korean Beef Plaza with the intention of eating Hongseong Korean beef for dinner. I was thinking about going to the Korean beef restaurant that appeared on Delicious Guys or this slightly cheaper restaurant. But when I first arrived, I was a little embarrassed. When I looked at Hoengseong Hanwoo, I saw a rather large butcher shop and several restaurants, but this was because there was only one butcher shop and one restaurant. Additionally, I felt a little anxious after reading other people's ratings and reviews. Then, since the ratings weren't that different, I decided to just eat here and went into a butcher's shop and bought two packs of meat and brought them to the restaurant. One pack of three strips of strips and one plate of assorted dishes. The table setting was 4,000 won per person, side dishes and ssam were set out, and meat was placed on the grill. Although I had to go to the trouble of cutting out the less-removed fascia and tendons, the meat looked good while grilling. When my family ate it, they said it was really delicious. It was really delicious meat to my taste. The label that said βcowβ made me wonder if it was real cow meat. I can't confirm whether I was lucky enough to get really good meat or whether the meat here is good to begin with. Today is the first time... Meat is not cheap. Still, it wasn't a waste at all because I thought I ate meat that was worth the price. I even bought an extra pack of sirloin and grilled it. (Originally, my family is the type to fill our bellies with meat, and we eat it very well. ^^) As a meal and refreshment, I ordered cold noodles with cold noodles, bibim cold noodles, and brisket soybean paste. Mulnaengmyeon is better than bibim naengmyeon, but rather than being delicious, naengmyeon is just okay after eating meat. The fact that dadaegi was pre-mixed with the cold noodles did not suit my taste. Marbled soybean paste has a generous amount of marbled meat and is seasoned just right, making it great to eat with rice. Overall, it's about 4 stars, but I really liked the meat I ate today, so I'm giving it 5 stars. If it's meat of this quality, I'll go out of my way to eat it.
