  Good stay, overall is quite clean. Hope the laundry can be free for hotel guests or more laundry machine :)

  I and girlfriend booked a room through agoda, but made a typo in the name (different from the passport). We requested to agoda, and also contacted the hotel by email. However, PJ Hotel refused to change the name and insisted that we rebook the room. the price difference for early orders is approximately 300,000 KWR. We can show the agoda voucher and credit card proof, but the hotel was completely unable to negotiate... If we don't find the name typo and arrive at the hotel, does it mean that I can't check in and have to live on the street?

  Reception - it's a good thing that the reception is able to communicate using English Room - the room was clean, and the staff was really kind. We skipped cleaning services during the our stay, but still we'll see the staff next morning and offering drinking water and towel replacement Location - there's a CU mart at the same building, so it's very convenient for travellers. With 10min walking distance we're able to reach the train station / bus station. And the but from Incheon airport do stop by the station near the hotel as well Others - they do provide shuttle to myeong dong and station nearby. They have gym and also self service laundry in the hotel as well Notes : be very careful when you visit the restaurants beside the building, we experienced a shop that's charging expansive with the portion that doesn't justify the price

  Last minute booking after we had to cancel our trip to Busan. Rooms were cute, spacious, had great coffee options. In a great location, readily accessible to the Myeongdong markets. The luggage storage was easy to use and convenient.

  The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were lucky to have a lot of space that it even offered a balcony to eat our food and chat about the day's activities. It reminded me of a sunroom from back home. Very nice view at night and you could see Seoul tower from where we were staying. There were subway entrances nearby, bus stops, and taxi services right outside the hotel. Customer service people were very friendly and helpful. One of the concierge guys helped map out the route to Nami Island since we were nervous on directions we were getting on our Google maps. Very very helpful and friendly crew. They had the BEST cafe downstairs called Cafe Bene. We hit up this cafe every single morning for the best cold brews and teas we had around the area. We tried another cafe around there and it wasn't like Cafe Bene so we stuck to this one since they never disappointed. The guy there was probably tired of us lol but he did such a great job with the drinks as well the baker there 💕 kuddos to them. They also host weddings there by the cafe since the decor is so beautiful 😍 We were able to see a little bit of their wedding and my goodness, the flower arrangements there are gorgeous!!!!!! I can go on and on about this place because they truly gave us a great experience! Thank you for all your hard work 🙏🏻
