::Next time I stay in Seoul, I will absolutely book here again! The prices are very reasonable, the service was great, and I could not have asked for a more centralized location. Do not be thrown off by the fact that this is off the beaten path. During the day, the street that leads to this hotel looks like it has a bit of a hangover. But at night, the neighborhood comes alive with illuminated signs and delicious food. This hotel is a maximum 7-15 minute walk from everything we wanted to do! The palaces, shopping (department store and local artists/crafts), a million cafes, bakeries, and specialty dessert stops, and excellent food establishments. The rooms in this hotel have a unique design. We stayed in the red room, which seems to cater to younger gamers. The only downsides to the room we stayed in were that the mattress was quite firm and the lighting in the room was not bright or direct enough to easily do my makeup. But other than these, neither of which would deter me from returning, I can’t wait till the next time I can stay here again. Fantastic!

::We just stayed at this hotel. I have been to many places in many hotels. But this is probably the worst hotel I have ever seen..not the room is bad (okay) but from the owner to the staff are extremely arrogant. And the attitude of looking down on guests is the worst in the world. Coming here and interacting with these people made me lose all sympathy for Korean people.. the hotel room was agreed to rent on the first day, check in after 8pm, check out before 12pm. But the next day, the receptionist said that we had to move all our things out of the room by 8pm before we could re-enter the room (which means every day... we could only sleep from 8pm to 10am the next day. We had to come back after 8pm before we could re-enter the room... that time they were there to sell to passersby and couples. In that situation, we had to accept it... and if we wanted to leave our things behind, we had to pay 1 million VND for an extra room. I couldn't understand it. Second, there was no breakfast. We went down to the lobby to ask for hot water, but they didn't give it to us. And we were forced to go up to the room to eat... everything was terrible... the staff's attitude was extremely arrogant. They looked down on Vietnamese people... on the day we checked out, we checked out early... the group had children on the evening flight. We moved our things out of the room and left our luggage at the receptionist's, but they didn't let us and chased us away. After taking the money, they chased us away... too brutal. So it's best that everyone doesn't come here. The people here are like fascists...

::This place is a scam. Do not book a room online here. They will not honor your reservations when you arrive, and they will tell you to pay twice as much at the counter and say they never received payment.

::The front desk is terrible....they don't even check the reservations unless it is done through agoda. I spent hours on a long-distance call trying to resolve this issue with my credit card provider, but I ended up just getting a new hotel. I used this same hotel in another location with no issues.

::The room is nothing like the pictures. Do not say here. It is bad....no windows, but it somehow has mosquitos. The towels had stains on it. The room smelled like smoke, and so did the elevators. They gave me trouble with my reservation, and I spent an hour with the credit card company that it was valid.
