  Bad services, dirty room and Manager (big tall guy) is very RUDE.

  We stayed one night. From the outside, it looks like a nice hotel. The room was a great disappointment. The bathroom stank of urine , the walls had mold, and there was hair on the floor. The inside of the toilet has brown stains from lack of cleaning. I woke up at night to open the window due to the stinky smell, and when I turned on the light, there was a cockroach 🪳 on the floor. I paid 150 000won for all that misery.

  The guy at front desk is emotionless and unhelpful. The room lights will auto shut down after a certain time. The room lights very dim. Front desk didn't even mention to us there's a cafe at B1 , what customer service? Location is good , will only recommend for a one night stay. Outside building looks ok but interior is disappointing.

  Clean, great location. Nice window. Noodle machine and free DIY laundry. I will stay there again

  Hotel was good for the price paid. It was clean and there were no issues with housekeeping. All the basic amenities are available, except there were no hooks or hangers for towels and clothes. Some furniture in the room may show some wear. The room had a small window with no view, but it may be different in other rooms. The blackout curtains were a nice touch. The air-conditioning is turned on by the TV remote (the last few rows of buttons), so please take note of that. The bathroom and tub were spacious, the water pressure was good and the supply of hot water was consistent. The location is convenient, near a bus stop and train station. There was plenty of food options available. There is a Lotte Mart in the building attached to the train station, and a Lotte Department store nearby as well. The room was booked through Agoda and it is unclear if foreigners can book direct. However, there were no issues with the booking.
