::Title: Disappointing Experience with Lost Item at HS Tourist Hotel I stayed at the HS Tourist Hotel from July 12th to July 15th, 2024. Upon entering our initial room, we found small bugs on the floor, so the hotel staff moved us to a different room. During the room change, my son's MacBook was lost, and we only realized it was missing after moving to another hotel in Seoul. Despite contacting the HS Tourist Hotel multiple times from the 16th to the 18th, they claimed they had not found any MacBook left behind. After returning to the USA, I emailed the hotel on the 20th, requesting them to check their CCTV footage. The hotel replied, apologizing for the delay, and informed us that they had found the MacBook. I believed it had been discovered on the 12th but not reported due to an employee's vacation. I asked them to ship it to the USA and cover the shipping costs, but they refused and asked for call records with Agoda to verify our conversation. Agoda's customer service also said they couldn't help with the issue. As of today, July 23rd, my son still has not received his MacBook. The delay is due to battery restrictions on shipping, and it will take considerable time. I have been informed that I will have to pay all the shipping costs myself. Given the prolonged wait, I am considering purchasing a new MacBook for him. I am extremely disappointed with the hotel's response and attitude. It is unacceptable that they did not notify us immediately upon finding the MacBook and only informed us after we requested to check the CCTV. I hope no other guests experience a similar situation.
