  I really enjoyed all of the amenities! Bbq, pool, karaoke etc. There was so much to do, all in one place! Also, the service at the bbq restaurant was so great. We arrived late and they were still so kind and let us enjoy the last set of vegetables and have our meal. Chicken restaurant employees were also great, as was the karaoke room employee.

  Nice quiet place with a view. Difficult to access via public transportation. No toiletries so remember to take them with you. Room is spacious but lacks a few minor necessities (tissue papers, water, tea, coffee etc.).

  Very very expensive but no facilities really. My washroom had more than one hair. There was some smell in the rooms. No water. No soap. Quite basic rooms. If they were four to five times less expensive I would have not minded one bit but it's not worth the money in my view.

  These 'apartment' hotel rooms are big, which is probably an advantage with groups that have a lot of kids (we saw many young children here). It's also in a good location near the mountains and hot springs, has a small kitchenette, and some reasonable bath facilities in the basement. Despite these advantages, wow...it's shocking how run down and filthy this place is. We tried several rooms and they all smelled bad and we're falling apart. I would have demanded a refund, but our family arrived late and tired. I think many intentional visitors would p do better to avoid this place, it should be retired or completely renovated.
