  I like the wide spread of breakfast, helpfulness of hotel staff and location of hotel hear to Metro station and eatery.

  I was an orgaqniser for a conference at Suwon convention Center which is a quick 7000KRW taxi ride away. We booked 112 nights for our delegates and their responses have been overwhelmingly positive in terms of the quality of their rooms, the size/quality of their breakfasts (an extra charge at their expense), and the repsonsiveness of the Reception staff in answering questions regarding food and transport. Our Gala dinner held on the 6th floor was an internaqtational buffet, a sumptuous spread There are plenty of good eating places nearby; a spacious outlet of the ubiquitous A Twosome Place 3 minutes walk away provided an informal setting for our international guests form 14 countries to gather and bond each night over coffee and dessert. The fascinating and highly enjoyable Korean Folk Village is close by (15-18000 Krw taxi, depending on traffic) - get your cab on the street at the taxi stop in front of the hotel.

  The females were organized polite and accomodating...Male staff didn't know basic things like what were the places close by.. I also got told off for wearing the wrong slippers... Even after I told him I lost my slippers. He told me I had to know where and how I lost them...

  The staff was amazing and helpful. The hotel is very nice and clean. Just a couple of small issues I ran into. The gym does not have much weights, treadmills are sticky when the foot strikes, no pull up bar or cable machine. The toilet in my room was not sealed properly and lifted everytime I moved. However the whole stay felt very comfortable, the staff was always welcoming and smiling, everything is nice and clean.

  Good hotel conveniently located to many companies in Suwon. Excellent breakfast, Comfy rooms. The washing machine and dryer are the worst in case one must use them there are just 2 for such a big hotel and people don't pick up clothes after was in time. It's a pain if you want to use. The dryer didn't do good job, had to do one extra cycle or iron.
