  I don't think there's even 0.1% of a reason to stay here. It's a condo that makes me wonder if there's an operating fee.

  The facility itself is old, so the price is really reasonable, but most other things are inconvenient. In particular, the worst thing is that there is no air conditioner in the bedroom, and there are not many amenities, but there are many things available nearby, so the location is really good. The parking space is small and the unique feel of the old building remains strong. There is a sauna in the basement that can be used, but there is a separate fee.
