I made a reservation and went later, and I was treated with kindness and respect, and I don't think there was any reason to listen to such an annoyed tone. After the treatment, I asked you a question and you couldn't hide your irritation. Usually, customers would wait after lunch time, but I think there was a reason why there were no customers despite the good facilities.
