  One reception lady at the front helping new customers and checking out customers. First thing, the lady will give you a designated locker key to store away just your shoes. After you head upstair to change and store away your belongings in a bigger locker. The bath and shower room has 3 hot/warm baths and one cold. There are dry and wet sauna. If you paid for other washing/scrubbing services there will be one employee to provide those in the same room. The 3rd floor will have a eating area and resting area. I saw 3 korean sauna rooms and one ice room. If you want to purchase food or drink they will charge by your locker number and will pay later when checking out and returning your key. It was pretty relaxing here.

  They will take your drunk butt in when you are looking for a place to lay your head. They even went so far as to help me look for the phone that was lost when I fell. They are super sweet and super busy, but always a good default.
