  I came here because I felt like I had a cold during my trip. I visited because it was near the hotel, but since it was across from the general hospital, there were a lot of customers waiting. Although there was only one doctor, he was friendly and diagnosed and prescribed medication quickly.

  The cardiology director was dismissive, rude, and unkind to the patient. His attitude was unprofessional and he showed little patience or empathy. This made the consultation feel rushed and uncomfortable, and left me feeling isolated and dissatisfied with the overall experience.
