::Nice place to look around and see Duksoogung Palace and part of the city of Seoul with a bird-eye view. It’s on the 13th floor of Seosomun office building (서소문청사), right across the City Hall and the palace. You can buy something from the cafe on the floor or you can just enjoy the view without paying anything. If you want to see Gyungbokgung Palace from above you can go to the rooftop of the National History Museum (대한민국 역사박물관). Also you have the rooftop of Sewoon Plaza (세운상가) near Jongmyo Shrine (Unesco heritage, 종묘), and Nakwon Plaza (낙원상가) near Jongro3ga station.
