  The price was good, but the motel had a strong smell and was old. I thought it was renovated, but I guess it wasn't (some facilities seem to have been changed)

  It is very good for catching long-term room (dalbang). They do laundry and the room is cheap and clean.

  The old building was remodeled, but the inside is outdated, the price is high, the room has a lot of odor, and there is a lot of septic tank smell.

  The facilities are not great, but it's quiet so it's worth staying. Not if you are looking for cost-effectiveness.
