  Located about 5-10 minutes walk from Geumjeong Station. It's hidden away so it's fun to find it. It's on the second floor of an unexpectedly small shopping mall, and it's at the end of the hallway, so expectations rise as I go there. I have ordered single-origin products that are either savory or acidic, but my order was received in great detail. When I told him that I like savory tastes, he said that the savory tastes vary from coffee beans to bitter, acidic, or chocolate-flavored coffee beans. Since I chose a savory and chocolate flavor, I was told to choose between the bitter taste of dark chocolate and the softness of milk chocolate. I thought it would be over by this point, but they told me to choose the level of acidity. They say the dripper also changes depending on it. This is my first time ordering coffee so elaborately. Perhaps because I chose it this way, I felt like it had a nutty chocolate scent. I am satisfied. 😋👍

  I really enjoyed the coffee as it was explained to the customer and the coffee was customized to suit the customer. By the way, the photo came out great. I like it.

  I also like coffee, and after drinking the Dutch coffee sold by Jo Sang-il Coffee, I thought, wow. The fantastic flavor, aroma, sourness, bitterness, and sweetness are so well balanced that I wondered if there was a coffee like this. I need to go drink again
