  The male counter staff who work during the day are very friendly. The female staff were as good as 5-star staff, and I was happy to see them greet me with a bright smile. The facilities are old, but the rooms are warm. The air in the room is cold. I think it's a good place to stay with family. They were very friendly, but the customer service was the best of all the hotels I've been to. Thank you

  I booked the room very cheaply and it was spacious, but contrary to what was stated, there was no microwave or basic toiletries in the room. At night, the floor is warm from the boiler, but the air itself is cold.
