  It is a beautiful hotel with an attentive staff. The facility is very clean, and beautifully decorated. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The front desk people were especially helpful in showing us fun events that we would like to do.

  We dropped by at 1am for a nightcap before ending the night. The bar closed at 2am but the staff were still very friendly and accommodating. The drinks were fantastic and choice exceptional. Ultimately a great night if your willing to pay the high end prices.

  This hotel is beautiful. Just starting out coming into the lobby is very attractive and modern looking. All of the staff are friendly and so far could speak a fair amount of English. Some rooms have a beautiful view of the city others are a bit more restricted. The hotel is in a very safe and fun area. Lots of shopping and close to public transportation. You can also schedule a shuttle (limo) to and from the airport for $45USD per person which we thought was well worth it. The amenities including pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, and others are remarkable. The gym is massive with all new equipment. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

  I stayed at this property for 5 days, and I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel. The staff (a shout out to Eddie and the amazing concierge) was the most sincerely, caring, helpful and friendly I’ve ever experienced. The room was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. And the food and concierge lounge were simply outstanding. I’m a hard grader, but this hotel deserves the top rating for sure! Outstanding job to the owner and management team! Stay here if you visit Souel, you won’t be disappointed!

  This place is lovely! I loved their buffet, it was not only pretty and have a nice atmosphere the food was really good too! And a nice view at the south gate! I can only recommend this place! It deserved the 5 star ! And oh the service was so good too! Nothing to complain about. Korean quality!
