  It took an hour to exchange $100. Is this a bank? Kookmin Bank Gangneung branch is pathetic. Banks still write down the date and amount of money exchange on foreign passports and stamp them! What's the point of scribbling on someone else's precious passport? I will never use Kookmin Bank again. This is the worst bank I have ever used.

  There are always too many people waiting every time I visit. Sitting in a small space for up to 2 hours out of fear of spreading the coronavirus The pain of having to wait... Those who have waited will know. The staff are friendly... I look forward to improvements.
