  I went to process documents yesterday, but I ended up with a truly absurd experience. They just told me that they needed certain documents and told me to come back with those documents, and they just pulled out Kookmin Bank's policy documents and showed me them and told me no. All I heard was that the documents I brought with me were no longer accepted. Haha. However, when I went to another branch today, it didn't work, but everything was fine. Yesterday, I asked you to confirm, but you didn't confirm even once and just kept saying what you said. You said you were confident, but actually you didn’t know anything? If you are going to give guidance, do it accurately. If you are not sure, look it up and give guidance. Fighting for the point that makes me walk in vain~
