  No matter how many times I go, I always feel very uncomfortable with the arrogant attitude of the bank staff. I am also looking for money, opening an account at another bank, and continuing to deposit it. I have been transacting with Kookmin Bank for over 10 years and have quite a bit of deposit, but because I am a foreigner, I am treated like a criminal. There aren't many customers waiting, but every time I go, I wait for 30-40 minutes to hear one or two meaningless and high-profile comments.
