::the wait is long but the service is good. Mr μμΉμ± helped me a lot. He understood 100% of my american english and was very knowledgeable, they should give him a raise. I have a message to KB Bank: make the process of creating an account easier for non korean speakers. Why signing up with an online account only in Korean, just translate the steps, if it can be done in Korean it can be done in english. English is the business language of the world. The KB bank team were nice enough to make my online account for me. This is ridiculous. KB bank is an international big bank and has issues with long names and online sign ups. Low income Countries that no one knows where they are on the map donβt have these issues with their banking systems. WHAT A JOKE. Btw: the 5 star is for Mr μμΉμ±, not for KB bank.
