::Among real banks, the lowest one is KB Kookmin Bank. The basic time for banking is 1 hour. The counters are divided into two sides, but the older male employees at two counters don't resolve complaints by pressing the number tags, but instead click the mouse...and what's the point of resolving business issues for people who come without a number??? Are you kidding? My mother is elderly and I am taking care of her at the bank, but I have closed 3 accounts and transferred them to another bank... I would like to give her 0.1 star, not 1 star. If the counter is busy, isn't it normal to take on other tasks and resolve complaints? It's been a long time since I visited the bank, and it opens at 9:30... and closes at 3:30... Wow, you guys are such a mess!!
