  The staff is friendly, but the banking system is not very good. I took a number and waited for 20 minutes, even though there was no one in front of me. I keep waiting. There are 10 desks, but there are only 4 people. Looks like I'm at work. It's 11 o'clock and 2 people at the desk are eating while 2 people are away. It may be difficult for bank employees, but branches keep disappearing. It's inconvenient, so I just use Nonghyup, Shinhyup, or Saemaeul Geumgo. I think it was comfortable In conclusion, Kookmin Bank is very inconvenient.

  Because it is the only Kookmin Bank in Jecheon, there are many people. If possible, avoid Mondays or Fridays before and after public holidays.
