  The staff is unfriendly and they don't have time, so I went early in the morning at 9 o'clock, and while the staff was getting ready, people who had time rang the number once from anywhere at window 1 or window 4. It was my number ticket, so I went to window 4, and they told me to take a number ticket again. The business here is late and unfriendly. I absolutely don't want to do business.

  I was waiting for 30 minutes at 1 o'clock, and a female employee came in with a cup of coffee to spare. When I applied for a credit card, she pointed her finger and recommended the Gaon Card, even though I wanted one with these benefits. I searched and found that it was the card that every Kookmin Bank employee recommended, and it had no benefits. A few days after I came to my senses, I applied for a new card online, but the 8,000 won annual fee for the Gaon Card was lost. When I first applied for the annual fee of 20,000 won, they said this was cheap, but they didn't even tell me that the basic annual fee was non-refundable, and in the end, I went back and forth and lost 8,000 won in an hour and a half because of one mistake in dyeing my hair.
