  Horrible towards foreigners.I came and sat for 2hrs to transfer money to my home country . The teller insistent in talking and explaining in Korean. She refused or didn't want to use a translated App. Mind you this is the second time she refused to help.Im closing my account with KB.

  The wait is taking too long. There are several loan counters open, but there is only one general deposit/withdrawal counter...

  It was a little less crowded than other Kookmin Banks, so I was able to see things done without waiting too long, and the staff were friendly.

  I wasn't the only one who felt it..... I rarely organize my bank accounts at other banks, but after visiting Kookmin Bank, I found out that it wasn't like this. During my visit, I said, “I like looking at my history on paper, so please make it for me.” I expressed it twice, but you can see all the details through facial expressions and mobile devices... Please set a period... It conveyed an unpleasant feeling, so I asked if I could confirm it for any period without a period limit, and suggested a compressed length from the beginning. I told him to do it...... Other banks asked for hundreds of opinions and made it because customers wanted it. It was really a comparison. I've visited a few times and even opened a savings account there, but if I need to visit Kookmin Bank next time, I'll go to a different branch😔

  They are truly the most unfriendly of all banks and they are the law. Worst of the worst. Thanks to you, I studied a lot to learn about everything from products to related laws. The loan staff is very great. This is a place where I feel that I should never do business with Kookmin Bank.
