  worst!! Although it was closing time... I arrived before 3:30 and waited in line for 17 people. I was trying to get loan counseling, but the word they gave me indifferently was that I couldn't get a loan. I received various consultations at the National Call Center, and the app said roughly how much the loan would be, so I quickly prepared the documents and visited. It's a bank I've been doing business with for less than 20 years. What is a main bank? Make me wait or not! 40 minutes just to hear that one word. I didn’t wait that long!! I'm really angry and upset... ㅡㅡ
