  I felt quite uncomfortable during the loan consultation with Manager Kang. I visited to discuss a loan, but I was really uncomfortable with the dismissive look and tone, the vague answers, and the attitude of not paying attention. It would have been nice if you could explain some of the things you don't know well, but since your job involves dealing with people, it would be good for you to improve that aspect a bit.

  Due to the coronavirus, we are temporarily open from 9:30 to 3:30. It's not written when it will be released... And the general counter's business is very slow. I've been waiting since the door opened, and I've been given a waiting ticket number 5, but even though it's 10 o'clock, they haven't called me yet.
