  An operation method that keeps you waiting forever and doesn't change even after several years... A situation where the window is only operating at a minimum during lunch time because people are eating. I was just trying to do a simple currency exchange, but I've been waiting for over an hour. It's ridiculous... Even though there were a lot of customers, they seemed very carefree.
