  For foreign corporations, please avoid this bank branch with all cost… the attitude toward the customer is very rude and impolite. If you have good things to say about this branch, most likely you don’t have much transaction or is a large client. For small to midsize, please avoid if possible. I think every time I visited this branch, my day seems to go down south… I do a lot of banking, but this is my first time at a bank branch with the worst service. The attitude of the people at the corporate counter is ridiculous... Who really is the customer? If you really need to do business with this bank, do it with the deputy manager. The assistant managers were the worst. I removed all foreign currency and changed my banking transactions.

  A Hawaiian resident made an inquiry, but the staff lacked common sense and Customers felt great inconvenience due to the lack of training and qualifications of employees, such as passing inquiries from place to place. When I return to my country, I plan to transfer to another bank.
