  The staff is very ignorant and has no intention of helping customers. The bank teller doesn't know what she is doing. Need to be trained and more experience to help customers. The worst bank I experienced.

  Insane fees on foreign cards, I was prompted 17.700 krw fee, completely unreasonable. Went to a KB ATM and payed 3.500krw fee instead.
