  I really didn't like it. An assistant manager named Kwon Kwon-mi gave me advice, but her tone of voice was not friendly and I seemed a bit young, so she spoke half-honestly before saying what kind of service I wanted. It took 20-30 more minutes because they started doing things this way and then moved on to doing something completely different. I don't think it's easy to have complaints at a bank, but this is my first time.
