  The location of this hotel is excellent for access to the park. You absolutely can't be any closer. Beyond that, the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. A major renovation is required. That said - the parking situation at the park is ROUGH, and the entrance is mere steps from the hotel.

  This is probably the best place to stay as a base for hiking the park. You can literally walk to the park entrance and not have to fight with the parking. Great views from the rooms. Rooms are comfortable, and the restaurant is simply amazing. This is the perfect place to stay!

  This hotel is the closest you can get to staying near the entrance to Seoraksan national park. Ideally suited if you wish to stay near the park We found the room to be comfortable, clean and had a cozy feeling. The bed was very large. The bathroom had a good size bath which was nice to have a soak after a full day of hiking and the shower pressure was good. Parking is included for guests, but it was quite a nightmare as the hotel allows non-guests to use the parking lot so it reaches capacity quickly and can be tricky to navigate.

  Extremely worn down hotel. The view is great, and the location is perfekt for hiking in the national park, but the whole seems like it is falling apart. Our room smelled like mould and had cracks everywhere. It really felt like a place that had its glory 20 years ago.

  Bathroom is terrible. Countertops at knee level, shower floods the entire room. And not even a proper door! Beds are hard. Air conditioning works and windows are screened! Breakfast is very expensive. Huge selection, but tasteless. Perfect location.
