  I went there to get my hair colored. The girl at the the reception was really nice and could speak English. I explained what I wanted (cold blond) and showed a picture. She then explained it to the stylist. There told me it would cost about $290 and I would need two bleaches and toning which I was ok with. My hair turned out to be blue, yellow and dirty brown. As I understood they couldn't bleach my hair twice because it was very thin (highly doubt it) but nobody communicated it to me even though the English-speaking girl was still there. I was really frustrated and tried to explain that I would pay anyway, just please fix it. The stylist used the translator to say 'it will be fine in three days I promise' and told me not to color my hair in the next 3 days. He looked very angry even tho he apologized. I have colored my hair (I am naturally blond) so many times but I have never ended up in tears. Extremely disappointed.

  Inconsistent, expensive and inflexible. 6 of us were there for colors, rebonding & cut. 2 turn out ok, the other 3 were disappointed. Instead of looking trendy, we look old school. Rebonding cost krw260k which is totally not worth it. The 6th make appt for haircut and went there on time. They somehow screw up the appointment time and refuse to cut for her even tho there were no customer yet and the stylists were free cos they were waiting for their customers to arrive knowing the customers were one of us. Unlikely to go back again

  Do not go here if you don't speak korean. I came here for a cut during my vacation and asked for light waves or C-curls at the end of my hair, I left with a crazy perm. I'm pretty sure they messed it up and didn't want to admit it like salons usually do. Sure, it was a new look, but it aged me quite a bit and messed up my hair quality for good, my hair never quite recovered from it. I'm leaving 2 stars because it's suppose to be a good place, perhaps I was a tad too adventurous and thought language was no barrier. Lesson learnt. Btw, I showed them photos of what I wanted.

  I had a fantastic hair cut and hair color here! I dropped by on a Thursday afternoon during my vacation, and I had hoped that a stylist would speak either Chinese or English (I'm Chinese-American). Instead, all the stylists spoke only Korean with a very tiny bit of english. Using Google translate, we were able to talk to each other what we meant, but I was very scared that they didn't know what I want. In the end, Im very happy with the results! It was 120K won for the hair color, hair cut, and hair cleaning treatment. I might go back tomorrow for a c-curl perm!
