::Quite and nice for a family get-away but it requires one to be mobile else movement is quite challenging. The facility is great but lacks maintenance, no service staff, except about 2 elderly personnel or services provided. You have to be ready to do everything yourself including cleaning and most basic hotel provisions are not provided. Little wonder the lack of patronage for such great facility.

::Old and poorly maintained It is often used as a lodging facility for workers. The atmosphere is also chaotic. There are many pests such as cockroaches. Foreign workers are using it as long-term accommodation. The smell of cooking fills the hallway.
SANGGYU JEON
::Compared to its former reputation, this condo is now almost abandoned. It feels like a condo that low-cost group tourists from China lived in before the coronavirus. Currently, it is perfect for use as long-term accommodation for construction site workers as well as general visitors.

::I think it's just a matter of going once if you can't find a campsite. Cleanliness is basic these days, but this place doesn't support the basics. One advantage is that when you come as a family, you can use a spacious place for the price.
