  Great price. But very outdated. The carpet had permanent stains and a good amount of dirt and thick dust under the bed. They have central heating throughout the building so if you dont want your room toasty, there's nothing they can do about it due to other guests complaining about the rooms being cold. Good for one night only

  I enjoyed my stay for the few days we were there and the prices were along the most reasonable. I did like the possibility to sleep on a futon ( I litterally love it). BUT I have to say that the place looks a bit old. I should also warn that there is probably a lack of staff (please guys: hire people, it is a good thing for the people already working here too) when we arrive we had to wait for a bit to check-in. During nightime no one was around and no way to call someone in case of emergency. The breakfast was ok but the poor young lady forgot to wake up, and I think other people would have been more forgiving if the place did not look that old and dirty :( Besides, I think first-time visitors in Seoul might reconsider since it is not in the most touristic neighbourhood. BUT if you want to enjoy a neighbourhood that look way more average, and representative, then that's a good place to go. Not many foreigners, (which would be a good thing), barbecues, karaoke, ...

  Very friendly staffs, clean and quite comfortable room for such that affordable price. Slightly far from subway station but it's close to the bus stop. The thing is, the guest house is placed in 2nd and 3rd floor, so you have to carry all your luggages using stairs. They have floor-heater for winter season.

  I visited in April. The air-conditioner could not provide warm air. The room was acceptable. It had refrigerator and two bottles of water. Free hot water was provided in the pantry. The breakfast was very good. Although the front deck was polite and informative, he/she was not easy to be found as he/she was also a busy cleaner. The hotel is 20mins far away from rail station. And the earliest transport to the airport is the bus route 6003 at 04:55. It is difficult to get better hotels by the same payment.

  If you're simply looking for a bed and roof over your head with reliable wifi, you can't go wrong here. Check-in was fast and succinct, although there wasn't too much to explain. 5 minute walk to the subway.
