  Oh, the nurses at the desk were really unfriendly. I went today and made an appointment 4 more times to get an injection, but I wouldn't go. Oh, and I applied for a medical certificate to submit to the insurance company, but it was an internal fee and the disease code was not S, so I couldn't receive insurance money. The cost of the place is really ridiculous. It's really expensive, don't go there.

  I just called for a moment and left a review haha. The female employee who answers the phone in the administrative department is real. It said it would end at 6:00, so I called at 5:30 just in case and asked if I could get treatment if I went now. You have to come by 4:30? He replies bluntly, “There is no kindness at all, and even after just one phone call, I don’t want to go. I hung up and got so upset that I even wrote a review!!”

  I went there because my back was hurting and got an MRI. I feel so dirty that I never want to take pictures again. I go to this hospital to see the director, but the MRI technician is the worst. This is my first time seeing ear plugs being recycled. Other hospitals said to insert a new one and take it back later. When an MRI is taken for 15 minutes, they do not take all the pictures during that time, but they do a preliminary operation to sort things out before actually taking the picture. So, other hospitals make announcements, but the MRI technician at this hospital does nothing after pushing the machine into the machine, and is busy taking earplugs when it is over. Earplugs cost a few pennies... However, the MRI fee at this hospital is not cheap. It's really dirty... If they ask me to take another picture later, I will say I will take the picture at another hospital. But if you can recycle earplugs, what else can you recycle? I'm just curious as to whether this was done by the MRI technician alone or at the direction of the hospital director.

  I won't name names, but one of the nurses was really rude. I like the doctor who takes care of my treatment, but the real nurses are so friendly that I don't think it's a hospital I'd ever want to go to again. Even the insurance company employee who answered the phone for work expressed dissatisfaction, asking what kind of nurse was so rude. I feel really bad

  Since January 2019, I was in so much pain that I couldn't even wear clothes. I was treated at Siheung Rehabilitation Clinic for three months, and eventually I received a medical opinion and came to Ansan KS Hospital for surgery. Dr. Hong performed the surgery and I am currently receiving manual therapy from Dr. Minsoo Kim.~ I can see why KS Hospital is famous. I was amazed to see the staff doing their best for the patients. Especially Director Hong Jun-seok is the best.♡♡♡♡♡♡
