  I highly recommend this place mainly for the exceptional service. The manager of the hotel went out of his way to help me find transportation for my bike and luggage. The room is very clean and big. Location is exceptional as it is near train station and lots of food. From cafe to korean to Italian.

  Son Sung-ho is a great host! Gave us plenty of useful information. Location is opposite a grocery store and a short walk to the subway. Room was large with generous bathroom. Window, A/con and basic amenities. Share kitchen on lower level. Comfortable, affordable, convenient with nice staff. Stayed in June 2024

  Good location. 10mins walk to the centre of Seomyeon. A lot of eateries and coffee shops in the neighbourhood which makes it more convenient. We appreciate Mr. Cho’s recommendation and neighbourhood guide upon our arrival. Room lighting is quite dark and bed is hard. Maybe suitable for senior citizens.

  The staff Jay was super nice and totally made our stay! We also got help from him about where to go etc. The room was nice, quiet, amenities were very nice! It was not the cleanest. When I arrived the clean person forgot to take the trash away, and the bed wasn't the cleanest. So a star taken away from it.

  I stayed for 4 nights and it was great. The location is very convenient and all the staff are very helpful. Mr. Son will recommend food and attractions around Busan. He also teaches how to use the subway, trains and buses. Highly recommend stay at Queens hotel.
