::I can't believe that there is a bakery like this near Secheongyo Bridge in Daesil Station... I'm finally visiting it now. I don't know much about bread, but the smell and atmosphere as I walked in... was unusual. It is said that the flour for all breads is not commercially available flour, but rather whole wheat, rye, and white wheat obtained 100% from actual farmers in Gunwi, Gyeongsangbuk-do. They say they even mill their own bread and make bread with only water, salt, and sourdough... There are no downsides to eating bread, such as allergies or indigestion, and it is said to be a healthy bread. When I brought it home and tried it, it wasn't a soft bread... but I chewed it and ate it, and it seemed like it would be a great meal because it had a good grain taste and was easy to digest. I'll stop by again soon. ^^*~

::Best bread in Daegu, great coffee, too!

::Great bakery cafe. Superior alternative to chain Korean bakeries. An array of wholesome brown and grain breads. Little more expensive, and out of the way, but worth a visit.

::Organic bakery using domestic organic ingredients only. Healthy and tasty however, a little bit expensive.
