  Visited around 11:00 on September 16th. There was one woman at the counter and another woman making food in the back. The woman in front was quite unfriendly. Serving customers while eating something. I never want to go to Lotteria again. Please don't hire people like this. I feel quite dirty. I was hungry, but I threw away my food.

  There's a church next door, so I often go there around 12 o'clock with the church kids, and today I think I'm an old employee. It's been a while since I ordered a variety of things, and I went to Lotteria for the first time in a long time due to the coronavirus, and when I placed my order clumsily, it turned into a cold mantu, which made me feel very upset. I was about to say something for a moment, but I held back. The employee told the customer that he was not good at ordering. I don't think he's being cold to me. The app came up with my impressions of my visit to Lotteria today. I think I'll be visiting the Lotteria store again with my kids next time, so I posted a few words in hopes of correcting this.
