::Nice hotel, very clean, comfortable bed, lovely views. Disappointing customer service at C-lounge Monday 19th August, dining alone I was informed I could not order a glass of wine at 5.30pm - as I drank Pepsi I became aware a group of 6 people already there before me at another table were drinking alcoholic beverages and continuing to order more - I queried it with the waitress but she just responded with a blank stare and made me feel very uncomfortable

::Great hotel at center city and near attraction place. Room is clean and comfortable specially bed, blanket and bathtub 🛁. Breakfast are variety of Korean food, western and salad. I like noodle soup and salad. Stunning view around to see bridge, tower, fountain and convention center. Just cross the street you can find convenience store, pharmacy, restaurant, craft beer 🍻 let's enjoy during stay here

::We stayed in Sheraton hotel the week before. Lotte City Hotel is just as good but 1/3 the price. The rooms were $150 a night compared to $500 at Sheraton, without any reduction in quality! The Buffett was also very good, and the view alone was worth the money.

::Good location near conference center if you come for conference, it's really good place to stay. Clean room, water pressure good, amenities are average. Not check in before 3 pm. Staffs are not quite helpful when I checked in before 3 pm. She just say I cannot check in and not offer to deposite the luggage or anything. I have to wait and thinking that I can do deposite for the luggage and have lunch so I asked and success. They should offered this service. Breakfast are ok.

::Honestly if I could give it more stars I would! The most accommodating hotel we’ve stayed in for the 5 weeks we’ve been in Korea! The staff are great and go above and beyond on the little details! The breakfast was also really good with lots of options. Wish we’d stayed in Daejeon and this hotel longer
