::Location is great, just 10 mins away from airport. There's OY, convenience store nearby as well. Staffs are so friendly too.

::Room: Pro: spacious, clean and I really enjoyed the airport view. Con: very dry in winter and the shower head was not working perfectly. Location: Pro: near the airport and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Con: it's a downtown hotel so don't expect it to be too quiet. Service: overall everyone I've encountered was polite and can understand English. I would stay here next time!

::Checked in and realised aircon Was very hot. Upon checking it's 27 degree, so i called reception and check what happened, receptionist tell me to off aircon and open the window....???? What???! Then for what i come to stay at this hotel???! This is ridiculous. I never encounter such funny issues before. Bad handling and bad hygiene. First room checked in, bathtub Was super dirty.. Had yellow black stains.. Goodness.

::The hotel offers comfortable rooms with fantastic views, and housekeeping does an excellent job maintaining cleanliness. However, for a 4-star Lotte hotel, certain aspects fell short of expectations. Small details like non-disposable mugs and teaspoons were missing (only disposable cups were provided with no stick or teaspoon), and room service was inadequate, requiring guests to collect items from the concierge instead of having them delivered. While the concierge staff were friendly, their limited English proficiency posed challenges in communication. Additionally, poor-quality room cards caused repeated lockouts, which was inconvenient (I experienced 3 lockouts for a 8-night stay), and charging for pool access was unexpected and disappointing.

::Booked 4 nites & have to say hotel was well located with lots of shops & eateries within walking distance. Was served by an English speaking, well groomed gentleman name Peter Nam, whose work experience brought him to Turkey & China, hence can handle international visitors very well. The view from the room & the cafe on 22nd floor is superb! Highly recommended for stay when in Jeju!
