::Hotel is pretty aged and needs remodeling pretty soon. Service is okay considering it is a business hotel. Access to rental car company and a convenient store is a plus for this hotel. Location is literally right next to the exit off a subway station which is also a airport metro lane stop. Need to travel by subs to get to a places like Hongdae.

::Just returned from a 2 week stay here and it exceeded my expectations. Gongdeok was perfect for our second trip to Seoul as we were looking to avoid the more crowded areas. We made the right decision. Access to subway, supermarket, restaurants, & coffee shops an elevator ride away is the added bonus to this property. The staff were wonderful, the room was large, beds comfortable, bathroom clean & spacious. Splurged on the buffet breakfast our last day and left satisfied. I honestly have nothing bad to say about our experience here. We will definitely being staying here again on our next trip.

::Very comfortable beds and a good breakfast buffet. Gym is a bit basic, but they have a nice park. The park nearby is nice for walking or jogging.

::Overall, I felt it was a very good stay. I stayed here for sightseeing during my summer vacation. The location, the staff’s check-in response (in English), their politeness, and the facilities were all significantly better than another hotel I used during a previous stay in Seoul. Despite this, the price was reasonable, so I have nothing bad to say. If I had to point out something, it would be that the double bed was short for someone tall, and it was difficult to completely turn off the faucet.

::Some things in the room seem a bit worn out and there was water stain on the ceiling of the bathroom (probably from the shower head) but the room was clean overall, which is the most important thing to us. The location of the hotel was great. There is a grocery store in the basement level and it is connected to the subway so you won’t get wet if it rains outside. We had the twin bed room and it was fairly spacious (we could walk around without bumping into each other). Bottles of water are provided for free. If the daily water bottle isn’t enough, you can refill them at the water dispenser. There is a laundry area with 2 washers and 2 dryers. It costs 5,000 won to run each machine. There is another machine if you need to break up the bills or buy detergent.
