  Great location. Near so many stores and great food street around the corner. Subway can easily be accessed in lower level of hotel. Great service at either check in or concierge desk. They go above and beyond. Had a very nice (extremely clean) room (housekeepers deserve to be acknowledged) on a high floor overlooking the city and mountains. Mattresses were amazing. We slept so well! Loved their body lotion (rosemary leaf and mandarin) from @grownalchemist! Wished I had bought some while there. The whole experience was wonderful and I want to thank all the employees at Lotte hotel for making my stay a memorable one. I usually stay at Hilton hotels but there weren’t any in Busan. Glad it happened that way so I could experience Lotte’s impeccable, courteous, professional and kind service. Hope to be able to stay at Lotte in my future travels.

  It’s the best location at busan. Everything is so convenience. Very nice service and comfortable room. I will very recommend everyone to stay here

  Such a pleasant stay I had during my stay in Busan. I stayed here for 3 nights with satisfaction. The location is perfect for foodies and those who like shopping. Very convenient as it is connected to a subway station and easy to get a taxi as well. It is an old but goodie accommodation.

  Great location and close by a lot of food places. Easy to get everywhere thanks to the metro nearby and many of the busses that goes to popular places drive pass the hotel. Rooms are spacious so if you and nice, the only downside is no bright light sources in the room or bathroom. The sauna and fitness senter is also in same location so using one of them will consume one of your free visit.

  Room was nice, beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean. The sunrise view from our room was pretty. Service was nice and friendly. Staff at the check-in counter spoke English well enough. Concierge were helpful both upon arrival and check-out. Assisted us with hailing a taxi for the airport. Shopping mall, metro stations and bus stops were within walking distance. Breakfast buffet had a wide-range of selections. There are Duty-free shops on the 8th floor.
