::We had a nice, big room with a separate living room. Location is ok with sufficient parking space, about 25 min drive to Dongmum area. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

::Reading the other reviews and I’m not sure those are legit. This a luxury hotel with many amenities and services. The rooms are in tip top condition. Traveling with 6 people in 3 rooms. Each room is well appointed. Includes a desk, chair, dresser, refrigerator, safe and a hanger closet. Free airport shuttle and pickup limited times. Car and bus tours extra. Coffee/ bakery with a large relaxing lounge. At least 3 restaurants and a bar. The surrounding area has 100+ bars and restaurants in the area as well as gift shops and clothing stores. Oh did I mention the casino , health spa and CU convenient store.

::Lovely staff, great hotel, bed and bit too soft and if you have small children mind the windows, they open a bit too wide

::Rooms were dated, the hotel want to leech money any way they can. Everything is charged for, even to use the swimming pool, never seen this anywhere in the world especially at a hotel with these room rates. Incredible. Location was good but that's where it stops.

::For a 5 star hotel Amenities was charged including toothbrush ! Air con/heater doesn’t function ( they said they switch it off during winter) but it was spring n it was warm during the day- No ventilation So they gave us a fan ! - a fan ???? Walls were super thin. You can hear doors shutting and people talking Overall this was not a 5 star hotel. I HAVE BEEEN to 5 star hotel. N this isn’t one of them. Location is passable.
