  The managers are frustrated. After the CT scan, I had to stand for a long time because no guidance was provided. The director explained why the consultation was delayed 40 minutes after the previously scheduled consultation time, and the consultation started 20 minutes later. The facility was also somewhat dark. The director who consulted for an hour ended the consultation in less than 10 minutes. I had high expectations and was very disappointed.
