  I took my middle school daughter to get orthodontic treatment, and after being told that the orthodontic treatment would take a long time as the top and bottom teeth had to be extracted on each side, a total of 4 teeth needed to be extracted, I paid a lump sum of 6.7 million won. Afterwards, during the treatment, the child went to school in the United States, so the child requested a refund for the remainder, excluding the existing treatment fees. At that time, the tooth had not even been extracted, and the manager of the hospital said that there would be no refund since the treatment was almost complete. I thought this was something that didn't work and didn't understand why a non-medical person was deciding and explaining the medical aspects, so I interviewed with the representative director. When I asked the director if he had previously explained the need for tooth extraction during the interview, he said that he had never said that and that the treatment was almost complete and that he would fit clear aligners, so if I go to the U.S. and wear them regularly, the correction would be completed. During the first treatment, the explanation (I don't remember well) was that the size of the jaw and teeth were different, the positions of the teeth were different, and there was a protruding mouth, so in conclusion, 4 teeth needed to be extracted and corrected. To be honest, I lost a lot of trust because the explanation was different from the first one, but I thought positively, thinking that the director would have looked at it carefully, so I received only the transparent aligners and sent the child to the United States. (I clearly remember hearing that tooth extraction was necessary during orthodontic treatment. Because my child was afraid of teeth extraction, I asked several times during outpatient treatment when the tooth would be extracted!) In conclusion, the child's mother took her child to see an orthodontist in Washington, D.C., and for the above reasons and other dental reasons, after hearing the opinion that [the top and bottom teeth need to be extracted and orthodontic on both sides as explained at the first visit to the U.S. dentist], the orthodontic costs in the U.S. were covered entirely from the beginning. I paid again and was treated. I chose this dental clinic based on the director's experience, but I was very disappointed and of course I would not recommend it to anyone around me. In addition, it's a shame, but when I looked at other reviews, I saw that the dental staff was yelling and fighting with the patient and making a fuss. I experienced that too. One day, I went to get treatment with my child, and a male staff member, who was about the same age as the director, was having a huge fight with the patient. They yelled at me to get out and asked me how old I was and told me to show my ID. The patient may be sincere, but if the older employee also cares about the patients around him, he should not act like that. I've been to many dental clinics, but none have been as unpleasant as this one. Also… Facilities are poor.

  I had to go because my teeth were sore for a few days, so I should have come sooner. The treatment was thorough and kind. It was nice to know what the condition was and what the treatment process was like.

  My gums have been hurting for a while, so I looked for a dentist, but it wasn't easy. There are so many dentists, I can't tell which one is good just by looking at the reviews. I went to this place after asking around and asking around, and I was really satisfied. Above all, it was great that there was no overtreatment! I received good treatment and am feeling much better. I will visit again next time

  I visited because it seemed to be the most famous and large in the area, and the facility was clean and the doctor looked after me thoroughly. He explained things well during consultation and gave me treatment quickly, which made me feel refreshed. I've been enduring the pain for no reason... First of all, I'm so glad I can see treatment here on Saturdays and Sundays~

  I was looking into university hospitals for my parents' implants. I found out about it by chance through word of mouth and am satisfied. At the university hospital, everything was stressful as I had to schedule tests, treatment, and treatment. Treatment is available here all weekend long, Saturday and Sunday. It's great for cases that require long-term treatment, such as implants.
