::Director, please be kind to the staff. I came here to ask everything I was curious about. Lesson 2 recommended!!

::Recently, during an ultrasound examination, I was diagnosed with a cyst. I had another ultrasound examination at a tertiary hospital and was diagnosed with cancer. They said it was a women's specialty hospital... The examination and diagnosis were a mess, and they looked at the patient briefly and ended it as if it were a simple matter, so I was suspicious... It would have been dangerous if they hadn't done a follow-up ultrasound at a tertiary hospital. I can't even look at an ultrasound properly... I will never go to a hospital again where there is a professor who gives a rough diagnosis.

::The doctor was very unfriendly and seemed to be very dissatisfied, muttering to himself while there was a patient in front of him. I was very upset, so I gave it 1 star!!

::From the 4th month of my daughter's pregnancy to delivery and postpartum care, Moran provided care. Thanks to the kindness of the 8th class teacher, my second child has been attending Moran since he was 12 weeks old. It's spacious on weekdays, but it's always crowded on Saturdays. Reservations are not possible for first visits, so it's best to get there early. It's easy to make a reservation starting from the re-examination. Parking space is limited, so if you're late, you have to park outside on the street, but they're cracking down hard these days. I made good use of the postpartum care center because it was cheap and had everything I needed. The reception staff are unfriendly, so I think they need training. Other doctors and nurses are friendly. There is no separate emergency room, but you can go directly to the 5th floor for night deliveries. I went to my first daughter at 1 or 2 a.m. and gave birth at 11 a.m.

::Overall, the staff are expressionless and unfriendly. When I received my first treatment, there was no guidance, and when I asked the staff member who was concentrating on a private phone call to fill out the documents in front of the desk and give them to the staff member next to me, there was no response and they just took it. Even when I asked questions in general, there was no proper answer. Hospital pay is very unfriendly. Staff training is needed. Another problem seems to be that the hospital itself does not recognize it as a big problem.
