  Went to the hospital apparently they have a 1-2pm lunch break. So I made an appointment to be seen 4:15 pm that same day, I arrived checked-in at 4:10 and at 5:15pm I was still waiting to be seen. So I walked out, I had other obligations and couldn't afford to wait hours (it's why I made an appointment). Old facility, no true que or appointment system and no respect for others time. I would never return to or recommend this "medical facility"

  Parking is inconvenient. No parking for SUVs. To pay, you have to go to a nearby paid store.

  This is a hospital specializing in fractures of limbs. This is the place to go if you accidentally get hurt in life. It's nice to be able to move into a new building and receive treatment in a clean environment. The parking lot is disappointing as there is no surface parking, but there is a mechanical parking lot that accesses underground. The entrance to the basement is narrow and steep, making cross-exiting difficult.

  The facilities are newly built and clean. There is only one washing place, but it's not a general hospital, so I'm sorry. The food is really bad. . . Still, if I have to have the next surgery, it will be the first thing that comes to mind. The nurses are kind. Doctors are experts in their fields. I feel like it is a place that takes the patient's pain into consideration and treats it better than a university hospital.
