  I felt very insulted by the owner when checking the room upon check-out. The owner's attitude towards customers is very rude. Room management is important, but what good is it if the customer leaves? I just feel sorry for the owner.

  1. Worst soundproofing (this is the worst) 2. High price compared to room condition. (It was not built as a pension from the beginning. Feels like a renovated motel) 3. Bugs appear. 4.   The manager is rude, and the room conditions and facilities are quite poor. It's a bonus that it's noisy because of the bullshit. If you are thinking of staying in Gucheon-dong, look for other accommodations nearby.

  The managers are very friendly, and the interior and bathroom are clean, unlike the exterior. I really recommend it.
