    Namchon Soft Tofu in Geumo-dong, which I went to about 10 times while working in Uijeongbu over the past two years. I'll go again someday, but... One last thing before leaving Uijeongbu I went to eat alone around 4pm on Sunday, September 24th. This store is located in the food alley across from Homeplus in Geumo-dong. (Address: 1st floor, Happy Tower, 95 Buyong-ro, Uijeongbu-si) Business hours are 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. With soft tofu as the main product, it consists of various types of soft tofu (about 16 types) and set menus (dinner couple set, dinner family set), and seasonal menus are also provided depending on the season. Dinner set from 17:00 to 21:00 Order is possible. Based on what I've tried at this restaurant (my taste), the dinner couple set, seafood soft tofu, beef soft tofu, perilla soft tofu, egg roll, and tteokgalbi are the most delicious. This store uses Gangneung Chodang tofu. When you sit at the table, you can clearly see the basket filled with raw eggs, and when the soft tofu comes out, you can just add it and eat it. I ordered my favorite seafood soft tofu (₩10,000) and a bottle of soju. Basic dishes include salted squid, flounder (small), Stir-fried fish cake, seaweed, soy sauce, seasoned bean sprouts, and kimchi are served. (If you ask the staff, they will refill it for you, excluding flounder.) Soft tofu and stone pot rice served after drinking a couple of glasses of soju (provided as standard), A kettle filled with hot water... If you pour rice from a stone pot into a separate bowl and pour hot water over it to make scorched rice and eat it with salted squid, it becomes a fantastic combination. The soft tofu comes out bubbling, and you can add a raw egg from the table basket and cook it for a bit before eating it for a sweet and savory taste. Seafood soft tofu contains a lot of seafood, including clams, squid, shrimp, and crab. A rich main dish, spicy and light seafood soft tofu, and a bottle of soju are the best as a daytime drink or meal accompaniment.

    The side dishes are clean and plentiful, and the stone pot rice is delicious. I chose the tripe soft tofu and Cheonggukjang soft tofu as a family set, and it was delicious. The egg rolls and ribs were also delicious. Next time, I'll have to try the octopus oyster cheonggukjang, which I couldn't eat because it's not oyster season~~ haha.

    I happened to go there because I was nearby for work, and it was good value for money. It costs 8,000 won. Grilled fish was served...and the side dishes were delicious. It was served with stone pot rice~ The geotjeori kimchi was very delicious. Instead of the basic soft tofu, I had bag soft tofu and perilla soft tofu, and it was delicious.
