  Trout sashimi better than salmon sashimi!! If you go when you have free time, they will teach you how to eat it and are kind. The spicy fish stew is so-so.

  The owner's recommendation is to place the vegetables in a large bowl, add wasabi, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil, mix with the vegetables, and eat the trout together. When mixing sweet vegetables, mix the wasabi in the red pepper paste well so that the seasoning spreads evenly over the vegetables. For the price range, the generous portions are not bad.

  I ordered takeout an hour ago, saying I was going to go a long distance, but they wrapped the fresh raw fish in a few pieces of ice with plastic wrap and told me to bring my own ice box. They didn't even keep time.
